Hi, it’s Debra, nice to meet you. Just a little about myself. My background is in education as a primary school teacher and in the leisure industry as a professional crafter. Now, as a counsellor and coach, my passion is to support those who need someone to journey alongside them as they take the time and space needed to sift through life’s challenges. We can put them on the table, work through them together and decide collaboratively what a forward path would look like for you. Creativity for Mental Health (using creativity as a support for your mental health) is also something I’m passionate about.
