I’m Ivan, and I’d be honored to support you through life’s challenges with care and understanding. I offer a safe, welcoming space—whether you’re grappling with grief, domestic struggles, or just need clarity. With a Diploma of Counselling from Alpha Crucis, ongoing Psychology studies at Macquarie University, and years as an engineer solving big problems, I bring a practical, compassionate approach to every session. I tailor our time to fit you, specialising in Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to help you find quick, workable steps forward. I’ve got deep experience with grief—think of me as a steady hand to guide you through loss—and I’m a Christian, so I can weave faith into our work if that’s your path. My style is strengths-based: we’ll tackle the tough stuff, but I’ll also spotlight the resilience you already carry. From my project management days across education, manufacturing, and more, I’ve learned to adapt and connect, offering tools—like coping strategies or SFT techniques—that stick with you beyond our talks. Based in the Hunter Valley (hybrid options available), I’m a registered ACA member passionate about mental health and domestic violence support. As a Christian counsellor, I’m here to help you heal and grow—practically, faithfully, and with heart. Let’s chat about your next step.
