Bio
Welcome to a safe space to contemplate the tougher issues of life. Helping hurting people is my passion and the reason I became a Counsellor. With unconditional acceptance, I support individuals to find healing and move forward with their lives. Positive changes are promoted by guiding clients to build on existing strengths, creating empowerment and developing new skills to manage current difficulties. With an integrated, person-centred, and empathy-led approach, I focus on areas, but not limited to, anxiety, carer's support, couples, depression, relationships, self-esteem, stress, student support, trauma, work stress and well-being. Throughout my career and leadership ministry I have been passionate about delivering care to children, women and elders in an empathetic and respectful manner. I am a Registered Counsellor and Supervisor with the Australian Counselling Association and the College of Supervisors. Need to talk to someone, feeling stuck, sad or overwhelmed?
