I’m currently training as a counsellor, building on years of experience in leadership and management. With a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Psychology, I’ve spent much of my professional life in executive manager or senior leadership roles. That background taught me many things: how systems impact people, how to lead with vision and purpose, but also about people: the hopes we carry, the burdens we bear, and the dreams we put aside. My passion is to support and empower girls and women to come alive in every season: • to cheer on young women as they launch into their adult years, helping them know who they are, what they value, and what they’re called to do. • to see mothers not just get through life, but to become the mother they have dreamed of being, full of hope, confidence, and purpose; • to walk with families toward transformation, giving children and teenagers a safe, empowering launch-ground so they can grow into their God-ordained identity, live with passion, and step into adulthood with clarity and courage; • to stand alongside women who feel stuck, in the routines of marriage, relationships, motherhood, or everyday life, and to help them rediscover possibility, meaning, and joy; I believe every individual and every family carries God-ordained value and purpose.
